does BLT charge a resort fee at check-in?

I was on ebay and saw a reservation for a 1 bedroom villa at BLT. At the bottom of info they state that disney charges a $95.00 resort fee. Is this for non-owners? or are these people trying to get extra money? Just curious.

Run away. This is an RCI exchange into BLT. It is illegal to rent out RCI exchanges and they will cancel the reservation.

If someone exchanges their non-DVC timeshare through RCI for a week at a DVC resort, Disney charges them a $95 resort fee. As Disneycouple99 explained, it is against RCI policy for someone to rent out that reservation.
