You won't have a problem using the dining plan for the 4 guests on the dining plan and paying cash for the other 7. If your card says 2A2C you won't be able to order 4 adult meals for the table.

The server will add an 18% gratuity to the bill, make sure the cash customers don't double tip.

All you have to do is identify for the server (at the beginning of the ordering process) who is on the DDP and who is paying OOP. You will be able to order as many adult and child meals as your card indicates. At the end of the meal, you will be presented with a bill for the DDP meals. THe people paying OOP will be presented with a bill for their purchases. If they wish to share some of the appetizer or dessert that you purchased on the DDP, as of our May trip, there would be no problem.

There will be an 18% gratuity added automatically to their bill as noted in the previous post.
