Beach Club Villas Sale....info From Dvc Rep!

I am not a DVC member as of now but have been looking into it for awhile now. The DVC rep I have been working with said the villas will pretty much be available for DVC purchase by the first of the year....I know this has been a big buzz for awhile--just thought I'd give everyone a head's up!

That is good news! my girlfriend and I will be going down in Jan and if BCV is up for sale then that would be great EXTRA incentive.

No but when I talk to her next I will be asking....I think it will be 80

I just purchased at VWL and spoke to them about BCV. They are praying that the presell will start by year end otherwise they will have nothing to do. It seems to be the rumor that $80 is the going rate. We will find out. Looking to add on their.
