Baymont Inn Celebration review

I tried finding some recent info on the Baymont Inn in celebration before I booked my trip and couldn't find any. So here is a few pictures from my stay. I used hotwire when I booked and got a really good deal. We were staying 2 nights before the start of our actual Disney trip. We checked in on Thanksgiving day. Overall I was fine with this hotel. The staff was nice when we checked in even when they send you to a ticket sales person to get your parking pass. I just told him I wasn't interested he gave my parking pass and on our way we went. The room was large enough for the 2 of us and it was clean yes you could tell it was older but it was clean. We ate breakfast one morning and the next morning it was extremely packed down there and we were ready to get to our resort so we skipped it. The hotel is really close to Disney in fact the first night we had a ADR at Saana at AKL and it took just a few minutes to get there using the back road. The only downfall for me is I have bad scent allergies and the second day when we came back they had cleaned the room with some kind of strong floral smelling cleaner. Thankfully we had a small fan and we opened the door for a little bit to let it air out.

We were on the top floor facing Disney property. So we saw the fireworks for Jingle Jam Jingle Bam from our room one night and we could see the projection on TOT. Here are a few pictures I took. I hope this helps someone out.

We are going to return here the night before we check in to Disney again on our trip in March.[/URL][/URL][/URL][/URL][/URL][/url][/URL][/URL][/URL]

DS used to stay here twice a year with a team he takes to Disney and they always had good experiences. He said it has everything you need, clean but not fancy. (they now stay on International because they do Universal for their park days).

It looks fairly basic but for a family on a budget to have that big fridge and microwave is huge plus. Looks like lots of storage and counter tops. I know there is lots around there too, and the ease of getting on property.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there based on his reports and yours .............. for a few nights or if I had a really tight budget.

I've stayed there probably a couple dozen times with no issues and one time the room was bad,real bad.Considering that percentage its a good place for the price.

We didn’t use it and I don’t recall seeing info on it. Parking at the hotel is free.

I heard about frequent car break ins at this place. I'm worried about that when I go. How "safe" does the hotel seem?

We had no problems but I also had nothing in my car that would tempt anyone. I was parked under a street light and there seemed to be several lights. I saw 1 review on a break in and it had me worried before we went but the parking lots look no different than most. There wasn't like over grown bushes or anything.
