First day in Orange county FL I believe is August 13th. The later you go in August the lower the crowds will be. We love August. As long as you do okay in the surface of the sun temps, it's fine.

Free dining has been offered in late August through Fall many times, however, it's never guaranteed and they don't announce that far in advance.
