Anyone's kids ever do the Pirate Cruise in Jan.?

We're going the middle of Jan. and DS wants to do the Pirate Cruise. Will it be too cold to do? Any opinions?

My children have been in Dec. I dressed them in layers. The sun does warm things up quickly out on the lake. My children really enjoyed the PC and want to do it again.
