Last year we had a very poor experience with a character Meal. It unfortunately fell on our last day so we could not get another one. I sent a note off to the supervisor at the Disneyland Hotel with the details of our experience when we returned. We are going back next month and would like to speak with customer relations on any changes they have made. Does anyone have an email address or phone number of who to talk with?
