Adding Dining Plan at the last minute

We have a trip planned for November 2018, and to make a long story short (and not get too personal) we may be ok, may need to cancel. How late can we add the Disney Dining Plan?

You can order up to 48 hours in advance, so I would assume you can cancel as well. But probably best just to call and ask.

48 hours when MS is open (can usually do it online) and can cancel at 24 hours from check in. I'd wait to add it, better to miss getting it than get charged if you have to cancel.
