Seems like very few dates in Sept. and lots of time in July and Dec. Is that normal for the bounceback?

I stopped doing the Free Dining Bounceback in 2013 so I haven't followed close the last few years. But when we did it we were always traveling late September with it.

Does this mean there will be free dining for the end of august next year?

Nobody knows for sure if the general public will be offered free dining when promotions come out next spring. But the fact that fd is offered next year for bouncebacks is a positive sign.

    If accurate...

-Looks like approximately 15 additional days of BB fd over last year....mostly in December
-QS only for values AND moderates... moderates had fd last year, too (following this year's standard fd offer)
-POFQ not included in BB fd this year, and it was last year. POR being excluded in December is new to the BB from last year, also following this year's standard fd offer)

POFQ hasn't been available as a bb for at least a couple of years. I know for sure it wasn't last year, or I would have booked it.

Feel free to check a copy of last year's brochure...it specifically lists the exclusions. POFQ was not listed....

Select Disney moderates....if you called, you were told POFQ was excluded.

Btw, Values were included as part of the FD bb, but there was no mention of them in the brochure.

Are Bounce Back offers like the normal free dining promotion? If we check in during the promotion does it carry through the whole stay even if the end of the stay is after the date. For example if we check in June 4, 2018, can we have free dining for a 7 day stay?

Yes. If you check in on the last day of the promotion, you can have it for up to 2 weeks. :)

I booked POFQ for last december on a BB. I changed it to the BC, but did book it. It was a % off though.

Good for your sister. I hope she enjoys her trip. It sounds like she got lucky. Or maybe myself and others who called were unlucky and were told incorrect information.

Planning a trip to Disney World for December 2018. Booked a royal room at Port Orleans. I know Port Orleans isnt included in the current bounce back offer and most likely wont be in the free dining discussion, but does anyone know if Royal Rooms at POR ever offer ANY discounts? We have a 5 year daughter and we were wanting a really special trip. Either in a Little Mermaid room or a royal room. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
