are they Special Forum Boards or Groups ?

No, a troll came on here once and said that people with over 10,000 posts were always hunting trolls and anyone with over 1,000 posts needed to be banned and get a life. I said that Ban Land was fun (or something like that), so now there's a thread called Ban Land where all the "banned" people go to hunt trolls. A post count of 1,000 gets you sent to Ban Land where you can become an official Troll Hunter at 10,000 posts. It's just a fun joke.
