could not book a package 499 days out by phone for Feb.2020. I could only reserve my campsite. Was told tickets would not be available until late summer...... Any tickets sold up until now expire Dec. 2019

We do. We use storage tubs to hold our food. When the canvas bags are full, they just are not that sturdy to maneuver around. besides squirrels and racoons and (if in the Smokies) Bears would wreck havoc on them.

so we are 135 days out...leaving Ky on October 6 and arriving at the Fort on the 7th. This will be our 2nd trip to the Fort. Last year we tent camped in the 1500 loop for 9 nights. This time we are staying 13 nights in our pop-up. Hopefully 1500 Loop again. It will be me, DH, son 9, grandson 9...

This is what we bought for our trip to the fort last October. lots of space, and head room. No ac port , we used a portable air conditioner and just vented it through unzipping bottom of door. kept it 64 degrees at night. Would highly recommend...
