Yes, we booked our Sept. 2022 reservation in June 2021. We ordered magic bands last fall. I called this morning explained I was a resort guest and wanted to order the new magic band. They reset the MB purchase for my booking party and I was able to place an order.

I called 407-939-5277, when it asked what I needed help with I said magic bands and then selected other and that got me with a cast member who was able to submit the request to reset.

I have a resort stay and we had ordered magic bands last fall. I was able to call in this morning and they rest it on our account so we could order new magic bands. Also, there was not an option to use a gift card.
