@jimmymc mentions new suitcases. Depending on their airlines and flights, some international carriers have smaller size allowances than US airlines for a carry-on bag. A smaller-size roller bag for carryon could be a nice gift.

That might be a bit far for me if I’m flying into the Miami -FL area.

MS insurance also covers cash bookings, the key is booking thru MS…at least that is what I’ve been told before.

How far away is Vero beach? That might be something to consider, as I’ve been doing some preliminary hotel searches between Miami and FL.

You can get travel insurance thru MS, covers any type of bookings made thru them for your use year. Cost is reasonable though I have not filed a ciaim so can’t speak to that part of the process.

Good that you asked - I think the CM are trying to finish calls quickly to minimize wait times. Compared to the previous few MC booking days, this one seems to be progressing much smoother. No reports of dropped calls, people getting to the hold queue quicker. Looks like the new phone system...

For me - in the queue right at 0700, connected to a CM at 0748, call finished up at 0800, booking one stateroom. CM said I was his first booking as there were some sort of issues when things opened but is cleared up now. He also promised to do his “no hurricane” dance for us!!! Good luck...

The categories with very few staterooms always seem to go first.
