When we stayed at VGF 3 years, ago my 9 y.o. and 7y.o. fought over who got to sleep on the murphy bed. They ended up switching up each night. Luckily, my 9 y.o. was perfectly capable of folding the murphy bed up each morning and helped us fold up the sofa bed.

Don't be afraid. The majority of people looking to rent their points on the DIS are legit. We found our VGF rental through the DIS. I am sure there are many DVC owners here who be more than happy to help you look up deeds and such to see if your owner is an actual owner.
