We are in the early planning stages for our family vacation. The group will be myself, 3 adult kids and 2 younger kiddos. I have been looking at the 1 bedroom parlor suite. It says in the description it will fit our party size but will it be comfortable. It appears to have 1 full bath and a powder room. We would like to add club level to the room, can we do that?

If it were me, with 4 adult sized people I would opt for 2 rooms. That way you get 2 showers.

We did two standard rooms at RPR club level instead of a suite. Having the club room to chill in feels like an extension of 'your private space'. And as PP said, two bathrooms and four real beds.

I think you'd be ok if its a two queen on one side as you can have the 4 adults in the two queens and two kids on the pull out couch. But with so many adults I think I'd also prefer two showers. You can add club but its an upcharge and they will only give it to you if they have room in the club so its a gamble. If you'd like club book two connecting club rooms.

I contacted the resort via email. Adding club to the 1 bedroom parlor suite is not an option so it may be 2 club rooms.

That is bizarre. You should be able to add club to anything as long as it is available.

However, I would just get two connecting rooms. It will be more comfortable with more beds. The pullout couch is not the most comfy thing to sleep on, even for the littles.

We tend to have the hardest time finding somebody that is actually willing (or knows how) to do this for us. It took several phone calls and talking to numerous people to arrange a pet friendly room with club added on for our upcoming trip. We were told a few times that it couldn't be done and a few times that it could but the person we were speaking to didn't know how to do it.

Usually they just add it at check-in if club is not full.

I agree! I thought you could add club to any room but the email that I relieved stated it wasn't an option. Should I try calling?
