They Let Anyone In these Clubs Now! An Aug. 2017 PTR * TR link! 8/17!*

I love these! I'm gonna have to get some if they still have them. But no one is as Disney-crazed as us, right?

That's so awesome! I love finding stuff like this, old F&W and F&G passports...random dessert party tags...old KTTW cards. Yes I am a hoarder, but only all things Disney.

I watched Twin Peaks as a freshman in high school. I really loved it! I'll have to catch Last American Virgin. Sounds like fun, like Fast Times at Ridgemont High?
Love me some Fast Times at Ridgemont High!

Wow I can't believe how long it's been since I've visited this thread.
I love the new D& B purse

Too cute

I had no idea there was WINE in the Launch Bay!
admit it that's the real reason for hitting up the Launch Bay.

think it'll feel weird to me not being in a park during the day. Might feel better about it after a couple drinks at the pool
Go ahead have many your not driving anywhere and alcohol is fun.

The lounge should be awesome but they don't actually have "lunch" there; breakfast yes and that'll work fine, but I may have to come up with other options once or twice for lunch.
I plan to bring a few plastic bags to put lunch meat in they serve in the morning, for those afternoons we don't have lunch plans. Will be a light snack to tied us over until dinner or in park snacks.

I can't remember who's TR or dining report the new Twin Peaks series was being discussed in but I've wanted to start watching it. I believe it was @Raeven and @ArielSRL who said I really should watch the original series first, so today I watched the first episode and after I finish typing this I'm going to watch the second. I liked the first; it's right up my alley and I don't know why I didn't watch it in 1990 except that I was in college and
LOL I was so into Twin Peaks when it came out. We use to have TP watch parties. I tried rewatching it a few years ago on Netflicks and just no way I can get into anymore. Who killed Laura.

Just FYI, the new villas are not Boulder Ridge. They are called Copper Creek. Wilderness Lodge is now home to what is considered two DVC properties. Boulder Ridge is the older of the two and in a separate building. Copper Creek was converted from regular rooms inside the Lodge.

We just stayed at BRV in June. We loved it and the resort so much that we are in the process of purchasing a resale contract there at BRV.

I haven't been there in four years so they're new to me! :rotfl2: No, I did know that CC is considered to be the newest DVC location, but there was a reason I singled out BR and I can't remember why now lol. I may have been thinking that CC may not be open in time for our next trip...or maybe I didn't like the way it looks from the artist renderings... I can't remember. But either way, BR is super nice then??? I can't get a good feeling about it from the pics....maybe I'll see if DH wants to take a ride over there this year and see how they look in person. We went to FW one time, back in 2010 for the Haunted Hayride and it was a long dark road and now he's all super creeped out about anything with "Wilderness" in the name, like he's going to be abducted by a serial killer or something :rolleyes2 But we're going to try to book points for Oct 2018, and our first choice is BWV because it's so close to Epcot but if there aren't any/enough points available I'm tying to determine what my 2nd and 3rd choices would be. I'm thinking the order of preference would be BWV, BCV, and then BRV (if I can't be close to Epcot at least I can be sorta close to the monorail without paying monorail price lol) but it's gonna be a hard sell for him just because it's part of the Wilderness Lodge. Maybe I won't tell him...I'll just say it's a new DVC resort and "forget to clarify." :ssst:

o answer your question about Superman - one of the main creators of the character was a guy named Joe Shuster, and he is Canadian :) Growing up, they used to air these "Canadian Heritage Moments" on TV and I always remember the one about Superman. The Heritage Moments were super cheesy, but everyone seems to remember them, and they come up more often than they should in conversation hahaha.

Hopefully this works - I've never embedded a video into a post on here before...
It worked, thank you! Very interesting. Not that I doubted what the CM wrote I'd just never heard that before. When I was little we had these small "shorts" I guess you could call them on Saturday mornings called "Schoolhouse Rock". A bit cheesy but also with catchy little tunes, too. They were animated musical shorts made to help kids learn about the Constitution, Supreme Court, Bill of Rights, etc. I only realized they were cheesy when they started reshowing them when I was in my late 20's lol

Hi Ariane! Loving your plans so far (I just binge-read through the whole thing lol).
I know I've already commented on your PTR but :welcome:

Hi Ariane!

It's been a while since I've commented but I've been reading and trying to catch up.

Sorry you had to change your plans again, but yea that you get to stay CL at Wilderness Lodge! :cloud9: You are going to absolutely love club level, you won't want to stay "regular" again . Like ever. I love WL too!!
lol that's what I'm afraid of! We're already tentatively thinking about our next adults only trip so I've been looking at TA rate availability-CL. And we haven't even stayed CL yet!

OMG, That is such a great idea! We always end up using the plastic laundry bags from the hotel for our dirty clothes but I'm totally going to steal that.
That's what we used to do and still do if I forget the hampers! But, we end up filling those bags quickly, ripping them whatever. The pop up hampers work well not only to hold dirty clothes but to carry clean clothes back from the laundry room :thumbsup2

I need to get there and get some of these! I should probably just frame a set because I rarely ever mail anything anymore.
I like the idea of framing a set! I might steal that idea :rolleyes1

So far, I think the boys have been too young, or at least Will was, this past year but when we actually make it back to Epcot in 2 years, they will probably both be old enough to do this!
I agree still too young but when they're older I think they'll definitely enjoy it.

Loved that movie and I was a total Corey Haim fan girl. I even watched when he did the Two Coreys show with Corey Feldman. And I just looked and that was 10 years ago. Wow. So sad about him passing.
Funny because right now I'm watching both Corey's in "The Lost Boys" with another of my favorite actors, Kiefer Sutherland :) I was a bit more partial to Feldman but - did you ever see his episode of Celebrity Wife Swap? Um..............he be  now.

I read somewhere that some of it was supposed to be over the top on purpose. Like the teenager scenes were supposed to be overdramatic to the point of satire about how dramatic teen shows those days were. I always think Donna and James's scenes are hilariously over the top.
That makes sense and I believe it. The music, holy moly! I smirk every time an episode is ending and they play that dramatic music

Lol! Can't wait to see everybody's shirts!
Me too! Just hope they come in time, Chris actually asked for his yesterday.............

These look fun! May have to get the girls some! It will be a good souvenir and a good show and tell for school.
You should! Chris actually took his passport for show and tell one year :)

Kids are getting Disney comfortable now. Just the eight year old I have to watch out for, but his two older sisters are pretty mom-like with him :)

The only thing I think we must have to hit in the first two days is the Great Movie Ride before it closes. Not sure if we will have to hit Ellen's too or not.
I'm debating riding Ellen's again. Steve and I have only done it once and the boys have never ridden it and don't really have a desire to, but I might use it if we're there and hot lol. GMR, as many times as we can :sad1:

Are you packed already? I will start by the weekend, If I start too early I will take too much stuff!
I'm not packed BUT, I did make lists of the outfits I'm taking for me and just what I need to pack for everyone in general. It's been way too crazy here the last 1.5 weeks with my 3 nephews visiting and the boys and Steve are still wearing most of what I have to pack. So next week will be a whirlwind of 1.more summer basketball league games 2. cleaning the house 3. packing!

We can't do that AND no MB home delivery either...they really do think Canadians come from another planet lol.
Ha ha! Wait, aren't you? :D

I think it all depends on the owner/handler of the dogs. Some have looser rules than others. My dog is a therapy dog - but not a service dog to me - we go and visit others in hospitals and retirement homes. So for us, pet away :) But then I wouldn't bring her to a theme park so I imagine if the dog is in the a theme park it's a service dog lol
This all makes sense, so probably a service dog, maybe off duty lol

Oh where!! I'd love to know where to get Disney dri-fit shirts??
I can't remember the site off hand nor do I know how to link from my facebook, so @ArielSRL? Can you help?

apparently they were trainers and they start taking service dogs out to busy places to acclimate them from young age to the lights/noise/confusion/smells.
Ah, that makes sense too that they'd do it that way :thumbsup2

I'm sure I'll only just get caught up on the Dis right before we leave for our trip, and then I'll have about a thousand notifications when I get back...
This always happens to me lol, if I check in while I'm away I have tons of messages and when I get back I'm WAY behind............

Good for Ricky! What a great work ethic he has!
He does, I'm pretty surprised and impressed myself! He's exhausted though, don't get me wrong. It'll be interesting to see how he does when we get back from vacation and the real intense football practices begin! I don't think he'll give up or give in at all, but I do think he'll be asleep by 4pm lol

I also decided to give this a try, and as someone who was a small child in the 90s, I find the acting and cinematography hilarious so far! We're only a few episodes in.
I'm only on episode 6 of season 1; the worst is the corny music they play when things get "heavy". I cringe every time it starts!

YEAH!!! Fingers Crossed that they come in time!
I hope so! I need to go check for a shipping confirmation email..............

Hey, I meant to ask you....have you seen (in person) the new Boulder Ridge villas?
I know @ArielSRL gave you some info on this already but just wanted to say that I have not seen the BRV yet. We used to rent DVC points quite often but since becoming a TA I use TA rates. Eventually we may try BRV though.

That's so awesome! I love finding stuff like this, old F&W and F&G passports...random dessert party tags...old KTTW cards. Yes I am a hoarder, but only all things Disney.
I hoard Disney things too! I have numerous boxes of "mementos" from different trips. Sometimes if I'm looking through them (what, don't we all look through our boxes of Disney keepsakes/paraphernalia??) and the kids see me they ask why I kept certain things and then just shake their heads when I tell them IDK :P

I'll have to catch Last American Virgin. Sounds like fun, like Fast Times at Ridgemont High?
YES! In fact I don't know which I like better! Last American Virgin is hysterical but a bit sad. I don't know why they never show it on TV like they show Fast Times every once in awhile!

Love me some Fast Times at Ridgemont High!
::yes:: :dancer:

I love the new D& B purse
:thanks:

LOL I was so into Twin Peaks when it came out. We use to have TP watch parties.
I do remember hearing about TP parties. I do know it was ridiculously popular!

Who killed Laura.
DO NOT TELL ME WHO KILLED LAURA!!!! ;)

Also, if you're looking for somewhere to go and eat other than GS or RF, a ton of people have recommended going over to the Poly because they have two lounges and a good QS option! My husband has already made it perfectly clear that we'll be making time to go to Tambu Lounge when we're there in October!

Ah I skipped over this! Steve and I have eaten at Tambu Lounge before and love it. The lounge menu is great, drinks are great, and even the atmosphere is great lol. I did check out the menu for their QS and that looks good also, so it's on my list of possibilities :)

Hi  Broke my toe yesterday. Yup, 10 days before walkin' around Disney. My nephews (whom I love very much, thanks) aren't the neatest and don't listen the best, so when I told them to put Ricky's weights back where they belong - they did not listen. Therefore when I walked down to the family room yesterday morning I tripped right over a 20lb dumbell. Mm-Hm. Good times.

On a better note if you're following @Raeven's reports you know we're meeting up on Saturday! We only live a few hours from each other so we're meeting at a mall in Albany which is between us. So shopping and lunch, here we come! Not only do I finally get to meet her but I'll get to do some of the trip shopping I have left. I wanted to buy new sneakers but I have no idea if I'll even be able to wear sneakers by then. I also wanted a new pair of the Sketchers Go 40's flip flops I bought for our May trip; they're way more comfortable than the Nike ones I used to wear:
sketchers.jpg
I want another pair of black ones and I think brown ones. I bought a pair of the Sanuk flip flops for May also and they're very comfortable, but they squeak when I walk ::MickeyMo not that you can hear them in Disney but I think I'm going to go with 2 Sketchers anyway. Ricky says Sketchers are totally not cool anymore, and I told him it's a good thing I'm not a teenager then!

Another pretty cool thing you may or may not have heard is that Yak and Yet QS has started serving breakfast. I looked at the menu and instead of just sweet things like danishes - which I LOVE, don't get me wrong- they have some good looking breakfast sandwiches like bacon, egg, and cheese type deals. I think everyone might like this over Kusafiri Bakery since it's more substantial food and we won't be at WL yet for breakfast in the lounge.

ON TO DAY 4 PLANS
Day 3 had us enjoying our first full day at Wilderness Lodge before going to Hollywood Studios, and closing out the park with the SW fireworks. Day 4 will probably be breakfast from the Club Lounge again before Rope Drop, this time at Steve's favorite park:

IMG_4015 (1).JPG

I love this picture! I took it last August as we were waiting at the bus stop to leave, and the storm came right as we hopped on. So far we only spent a few hours here in WS one night so we'll do FW today. We have 2 FP's here because that's all we want:

TT 10:15
SE 11:15

I suppose we'll go to Soarin' at RD. I love new Soarin' but part of me would like to ride FEA again. No I'm not a Frozen fan at all; yes I've ridden it once. The boys haven't and have no desire to. But since I did only ride it once and it was a year ago I'd like another ride. Not that I think I'll like it any better but I've done new Soarin' 5 or 6x and it's easier to get additional FP's for that. I'm sure I'll lose that battle unless I sprint there myself on my recently broken toe so our morning will look like this:
Soarin;
Living With the Land
Pixar Movies and Figment, the Seas if anyone requests that.
Our FP's
I don't care if we don't do Figment or the Seas but I want to see the Pixar movies as I believe they've changed two of them since we saw them last and the one they kept, " Get a Horse ", says "Poughkeepsie" in it which is the town right next to us. It's where Chris's elementary school is and where half the kids' friends live, where my mom works, where some of our Dr's are, etc. It's basically like it's our town. I've said this before in other TR's of mine but when I hear Poughkeepsie on TV and in movies I get all excited :goodvibes:goodvibes

I want to leave Epcot by noon as we have to go to either our resort or just a resort to get to our next destination:

splits2.jpg

I'm hoping to just walk through WS to BC and catch the bus there to DS because that will be quicker than going back to WL and then taking the bus from there. I'm excited to FINALLY try Splitsville! And, it'll be the perfect break come the hottest part of the day. We won't be paying to rent a lane ahead of time, we're going to take our chances that a lane will be open. I haven't heard any reports of anyone going and it being ful so I think we'll be ok. We'll also eat lunch there.
Depending on what time we're done bowling and how we feel, I might get some shopping in before going back to WL. Then we're free until the evening! I'm not sure what we'll do for dinner; I didn't make a reservation because I don't know what time we'll actually eat lunch so I don't know when we'll be hungry. Also, this is the night we do Pirates and Pals! We have to check in at the Contemporary at 7:45. They give you snacks like ice cream and popcorn which is NOT a dinner substitution for anyone in the DeVizio family lol. We'll have to eat QS either before we go or when we get back, it's just a question of when and where. The boys still don't know about Pirates and Pals and I'm not telling them until we're there, probably the day before. I hope once we're down there they're excited when I tell them!

Before I get ahead of myself, two things. One, and this has NOT been confirmed, but there's a small rumor that P&P fireworks cruise is being discontinued. Recently it went from being bookable at 180 days out to 90, but is currently not bookable past the end of Sept. A few reasons are being tossed around and the rumor of it being discontinued came from a couple phone CM's, so we'll see. If it is it's a shame b/c all reviews are extremely popular and I'm glad we'll get to do it.

Second thing, and I briefly mentioned this in my last update. I was concerned we'd be eating too much at Roaring Fork and Geyser Point and some would run out of options. So, I looked at other QS and I like the menus at both Contempo Cafe and Capt. Cooks. Not sure if we'd get to both so I'm looking for opinions. Which do you guys prefer? On the Contempo Menu I think the Chicago style Italian Beef Sub sounds good: Shaved Italian Beef, Mozzarella, Crusty Baguette, Seasonal Jus. Also the Griddled Hot Turkey Sandwich: Roasted Turkey, Smoked Bacon, Shaved Apple, Arugula, Tomato and Cranberry Aioli served on a Toasted Multigrain Bread. However I think I might be a tad more interested in the Capt. Cook menu because something on there looks and sounds out of this world:

pork nachos.jpg

OMG the Pulled Pork Nachos! These look divine! I think after Splitsville if we go to WL and hang for a bit, going to one of these for some dinner before the P&P cruise might work. I don't care if I eat any of the snacks that they offer at the cruise and we can eat, check out some resort shops and then go check in so some of us may be ready for snacks, whatever.

We wont' get back from the fireworks cruise until probably 10:30ish so we'll go right to WL. That's it for day 4! I'll close this out with a few pictures of my nephews from the last couple days:

IMG_6413.JPG

Chris giving the "win" symbol after his team won their game, with my 9 year old nephew Jack

IMG_6415.JPG

My youngest nephew Trevor (6) eating all the chips at the Mexican restaurant

I took Trevor shopping and I SWEAR trying this on was his idea!!!

IMG_6416.JPG

No pictures of my 13yo nephew, he's just too elusive.

I'm going to end now because I started this about 3 hours ago and now I'm tired. I had to get up like every 10 minutes to get someone a drink, or a snack, or to see what the crying was about :faint: Lots of fun with my toe! Have a good night!

Oh no! Ariane, this sucks!! Here's hoping for speedy healing, and not too much trouble with all the walking on your trip. Shoot!

Ricky says Sketchers are totally not cool anymore, and I told him it's a good thing I'm not a teenager then!

Bahaha thank goodness! I wasn't cool when I was supposed to be, and I'm definitely not now. Go for the sketchers!

suppose we'll go to Soarin' at RD. I love new Soarin' but part of me would like to ride FEA again. No I'm not a Frozen fan at all; yes I've ridden it once. The boys haven't and have no desire to. Yeah, I have a feeling you're not gonna win on the FEA thing. But otherwise these plans look great!

Yay!! And I completely agree that I'd need more for supper. Real food for the win! ...and then lots of popcorn and ice cream!

OMG the Pulled Pork Nachos! These look divine!

Oh yum! These look good! I have a feeling Nathan may need to get an order of these while we're at the Poly...

I took Trevor shopping and I SWEAR trying this on was his idea!!!

img_6416-jpg.256675

Raisin' 'em up right!! This is cute :)

 Did you go look at the site? It's crazy, the first time I looked at it I think I spent about 1.5 hours doing so. And I loaded my cart up with like, $300 worth of shirts.
It's terrible. If I hadn't had a really busy day at work, I would have been on their forever. It did remind me of how I wanted to try and make a few cheesy shirts for our trip, so even though I'm running low on time, I'm going to take a crack at it this weekend. That way it either works, and I can schedule another day for it, or I have time for ordering things :)

Maybe I'll check these out... For one, I still only have Old Navy flip flops and I'm finally over them, even for wearing around town for a few hours. I'd like to get non-Tennis shoes shoes that would work for Disney. I had some sandals I wore to DL once for February hours, but they have sadly met their maker.

Pulled Pork Nachos!
I want these right now.

I'm so sorry about your toe Ariane! That really sucks! I hope you feel better soon and that it doesn't hinder your upcoming trip in any way!!!! Fingers crossed...

Broke my toe yesterday. Yup, 10 days before walkin' around Disney. My nephews (whom I love very much, thanks)

Oh no! We'll walk slowly and carefully at the mall!

I'm so excited :hyper: I need to buy some stuff for our trip too.

:rotfl: I like your response.

Is one of them the view of fireworks? Dependent on where you were sitting it could be hard to see them (we were sitting on the hard to see side), but with HEA I would imagine since the projections are an important part of the show it makes people less likely to want to watch from a distance. We weren't really fans of it when we did it, (although meeting Smee and Hook was fun) but there did seem to be a lot of positive reviews.

I feel like I watched a review of someone having the turkey sandwich and it wasn't as good as it sounded. I've heard the braised beef grilled cheese is good.

OMG the Pulled Pork Nachos! These look divine

I've heard those are good! My vote would be Captain Cook's, I've never seen anything at Contempo Cafe that we really wanted to try.

ugh that sucks about the toe!
Did you hear about the "secret" challenge nachos at Pecos bill's? Huge huge platter of nachos (feeds 8-10 for $85) that is not on the menu-have to ask for it-get a VIP like experience with the order...

Oh no! Ariane, this sucks!! Here's hoping for speedy healing, and not too much trouble with all the walking on your trip. Shoot!
Thank you  Luckily it's feeling better already so I should be good, just hoping I can wear sneakers by then :tiptoe:

I wasn't cool when I was supposed to be, and I'm definitely not now. Go for the sketchers!
Well I think you're cool.............then again, I'm old so what do I know

Oh yum! These look good! I have a feeling Nathan may need to get an order of these while we're at the Poly...
Every time I scroll past the picture I posted I think more and more I NEED them!

Good luck with your shirts! If they work out you'll have to post pics in your PTR :) I tried making shirts back in 2014 for MNSSHP and succeeded in burning them all with the iron, so I stick with ordering lol

They're super comfortable, I wore them for long days in May. But I like to rotate between sneakers and flip flops so I really hope I can wear sneakers by our trip!

I'm so sorry about your toe Ariane! That really sucks! I hope you feel better soon and that it doesn't hinder your upcoming trip in any way!!!! Fingers crossed...
:thanks: me too! Feeling better already after 2 days so I'm hopeful :)

Oh no! We'll walk slowly and carefully at the mall!
LOL I know I texted you but I should be good. Shopping will make me want to be ok!

You know it hasn't been mentioned by any of the CM's but that is one of the reasons that's been discussed among some TA's. I'll get to see for myself on the 9th so if I don't have an answer by then I might have more of a clue. I called today for my client and was told dates hadn't been loaded yet for Oct. which is just weird and to try again the end of Aug. which is also weird, so we'll see...............

I feel like I watched a review of someone having the turkey sandwich and it wasn't as good as it sounded. I've heard the braised beef grilled cheese is good.
Hmm, good to know. I am leaning more toward Capt. Cooks and those nachos anyway!

Did you hear about the "secret" challenge nachos at Pecos bill's? Huge huge platter of nachos (feeds 8-10 for $85) that is not on the menu-have to ask for it-get a VIP like experience with the order...
I have heard and I've seen pictures! Ricky isn't a big fan of nachos though so it would just be 3 of us eating them and I don't know how big of a dent we'd make lol. They look delicious though!

Ugh a broken toe oh no, that stinks. I hope you have fun on your Dis meet. I think you will enjoy Splitsville and I also think the nachos at Captain Cook's look delicious. Sketchers are way cool and comfy!

Broke my toe yesterday. Yup, 10 days before walkin' around Disney.
That sounds painful. Is the toe wrapped up?

I want to see the Pixar movies
We saw the two new movies and really enjoyed them.

OMG the Pulled Pork Nachos! These look divine!
These are really good. We've gone over to the Poly just for these a few times. :)

We like Ellen's Energy Adventure. I know it gets a lot of negative comments but we've always liked it. I think the biggest negative is that it is 40 minutes long and a lot of people don't want to take that much time out of their day to do the ride. But it does have dinosaurs so the boys might find that interesting. :)

My nephews (whom I love very much, thanks) aren't the neatest and don't listen the best, so when I told them to put Ricky's weights back where they belong - they did not listen. Therefore when I walked down to the family room yesterday morning I tripped right over a 20lb dumbell. Mm-Hm. Good times.
Oh no. Hopefully 10 days is enough time for it to heel.

Have you ever tried OluKai's, I swear by them. Usually my feet don't do great all day in flip flops, but Jason turned me on to them and they are great. They are a bit expensive but I've had mine for 2 or 3 years now and they are still going strong.

I love this picture! I took it last August as we were waiting at the bus stop to leave, and the storm came right as we hopped on.
Awesome pic!

Do they not have buses from the parks to DS? We rarely go so I don't think I realized this. Can't wait to see how Splitsville is. Casey loves to bowl so I know she'd love to have a meal here.

Depending on what time we're done bowling and how we feel, I might get some shopping in before going back to WL. Then we're free until the evening! I'm not sure what we'll do for dinner; I didn't make a reservation because I don't know what time we'll actually eat lunch so I don't know when we'll be hungry.
Why don't you just take advantage of the club level and eat there? It may not be quite enough for the boys, but especially in the evening they have pretty heavy appetizers that should keep them happy for a little while. And when you get back from the fireworks cruise, you can then load up on dessert and their amazing cobbler

We've only had dessert at Comtempo, but they have some amazing cupcakes. Captain Cooks is a pretty small menu, but those pork nachos are pretty darn good. Plus there is always dole whip afterwards!

Good luck with your shirts! If they work out you'll have to post pics in your PTR :) I tried making shirts back in 2014 for MNSSHP and succeeded in burning them all with the iron, so I stick with ordering lol

They're super comfortable, I wore them for long days in May. But I like to rotate between sneakers and flip flops so I really hope I can wear sneakers by our trip!
I like to rotate shoes too. If the shirts work out, you'll get a post with the trial ones and another post with the rest :) I've made a few shirts with iron on letters and such, but I haven't worked with iron on vinyl before... :rolleyes1

Got it! Lol. They did renovate them, I think maybe 4 years ago - the BRV ones - so that would totally be new to you! And yes the CC ones are a little sterile looking. We loved the "warmth" of the BR Villas, as well as the generally feel of the resort. However, it does seem as if you are out in the wilderness a bit, so your DH may not like that part. But I don't think it's real dark. We love the boat to MK....it is so convenient. The CC villas opened July 17th so now the two pools are both back open and there are two quick service locations along with two table service locations. In an case, we fell in love with it. I do plan to try to stay at BCV or BWV in a few years, though, because those resorts seem incredibly nice to me, as well.
