Does anyone have any good suggestions for breakfast type items that count as a snack credit in the parks? TIA!

The majority of the pastries at all Starbucks, the French and Norway bakeries, Gaston's at MK, and the little snack places at AK are all snack credits. Coffee and other drinks at Starbucks are as well. Sunshine Seasons at EP also has some pastry and a few other things for breakfast that are a snack.

The resorts also have breakfast options for snack credits. Not sure if they still allow it but back when I last went you could get a small milk and a single serving of cereal for one credit.

I know they also have oatmeal, pastries, fruit, yogurt parfaits, etc. that all count as snacks.

This is great. I hope it still holds true. I'm not looking to blow our snack credits on sweet treats, but rather healthy food to fuel my dd, 13. She is a competitive swimmer and has an enormous appetite. A cupcake won't cut it. She needs fruit, milk, grains.....

I pack a box of cereal, bowls and spoons and we have that for breakfast each morning. I like eating something quick in the morning and then I can grab a snack at the park until lunch.

This year we have the QS dining plan so it will be interesting to see what that is like for 10 days. I also pack some applesauce pouches for myself as I have a lot of allergies to raw fruit and veggies.

The food courts have a toaster, microwave and hot water. I have brought my own packages of oatmeal to make with the hot water.

Not sure if you are driving to WDW or not but picking up some fruit and yogurt for breakfasts is a lot cheaper than Disney prices.

Definitely would be cheaper to make a grocery store run or do a food delivery order to stock up on breakfast stuff, fruit, milk etc if you want to eat breakfast in your hotel room than buying from food court. In the parks, there are bakeries in each park. The bakery in France is really good. Got a croissant there last year. You could get a big cinnamon roll or a pretzel for a snack credit. Don't waste a snack credit on a single piece of fruit.

Thank you all for the great ideas! We will be on the dining plan and I didn't want to spend all the snack credits on extra sweets. I'm glad there are some good snack options that can count for breakfast. :)

They also have packaged items that count as snack credits so you can take them home with you to enjoy. Nuts, trail mixes, cookies, etc.

Not the healthiest option but we always get cinnamon rolls from Gastons at the end of our MK day and eat them for breakfast the next day. They are huge and very filling. Easy to warm in the microwave. Don't forget to grab some forks from cafe at the hotel.

An order of biscuits and gravy is considered a snack credit at POR's quick service location! That was a filling breakfast for me a couple of days on my last trip!

The yogurt parfaits at the resorts are really delicious. They probably have more sugar than I would like, but it feels healthier than a chocolate croissant. Also, a great healthy use of snack credits are the frozen bananas or fruit bars where they sell the mickey bars. Look for the fruit markets (there's one in MK and AK) that have lots of great healthy options (including hummus and veggies or pitas, fruit, pickles, etc.). Also, the Starbucks smoothies count as a snack credit.
