BWPPI renovations

Does anyone know how far along the room renovations are at Best Western Park Place Inn? Reviews from April/May say not all rooms were yet converted at that time. We're going in late August -- what are the chances we'd be stuck with a non-renovated room?

Ooooo interesting
Is there any photos of a renovated room
We stayed there last November and don't think they were renovated then :)

I just stayed at BWPPI last weekend and had a renovated King room (see attached pics). From what I understood, all renovations were complete.

I thought the decorations were a step up from their old bamboo decor. The room was pretty spacious. My only gripe was that there was only one sink in that huge vanity. I didn't take a picture of the bathroom, but it's your standard tub/shower combo. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat -- you just can't beat the location for the price.

Is there another Best Western really close to BWPPI? I get confused with the Best Westerns. How hard is it to get the 2Q mini-suite with a sofa bed at BWPPI? We are a family of 6 and every time I look that room is not available for our dates.

The Best Western Anaheim Inn is just down the block. It is smaller and I do not believe it has any mini suites.

Awesome, thanks! I'm feeling better about the decision to stay there. We'd stayed there a long time ago under the old decor and it was rather bleh. Refurbed rooms + location = best choice for us

Oh yeah...they definitely could've put another sink in there!

Thanks for sharing the pics. We will be staying there in November and was wondering what the updated rooms looked like.

You need to call. Often their online availability doesn't match what's truly open.
