We are going to Sea World for one day. Has anyone purchased the one day ticket + eat free ticket advance purchase? It's $99 per person. There are 5 people in our party. Thoughts and opinions? Thanks for any help!

This is the best deal you will get if you will be staying at the park all day. The only better deal is that sometimes the price goes down to $89 but this would likely be after the summer rush and into the slow season. Another time for good ticket deals in Blue Friday which is SeaWorld's version of Black Friday after Thanksgiving.

The all day dining being included in the ticket price is worth the cost. The food at Voyager's is great and highly recommended. Also Pretzel Kitchen is included in all day dining which looked like yummy snacks. The meals include entrée with side, another side or dessert, and a non-alcoholic drink. You can go as quick as every hour. They have breakfast food at Seafire Grill. The chicken fajitas at Seafire use to be my fav but now it's the half chicken at Voyager's. The half chicken comes with a roll plus one side (mac & cheese, fries, corn on the cob small piece, I think beans, creamed corn), for you extra side you can get a small salad, for desserts they have cookies, fruit, cheesecake (very good), chocolate cake plus a drink. That's all I remember. I get the chicken w/ fries and cheesecake and the meal rings up for about $22. I always request two chicken breasts with mine and they always give it instead of making you take a breast and a leg. Yummy, I will be back soon and can't wait. I have the dining plan with my AP so I get one free daily dining meal a day.

Thank you so much! We will likely be there all day so it seemed like too good of a deal to be true! Having never been there before, I had no idea about any of these restaurants, costs, etc. Sounds like something we will definitely buy!

If you will be there all day it will be worth it for sure. You take your paper to a participating restaurant and they will give you your wrist band. The instructions will be on the paper. Be sure to go early if you've never been. Regular parking might be a touch of a walk then you have to look for the area the receipt tells you to go to pick up your ticket. They usually send you to these machines - I think there are 5 and they can be a pain. You scan your ticket and push some buttons on the screen and it spits out your ticket. I can't remember if you have to bring the credit card you paid for the ticket with but better to have it to be safe. Then you have to go through security. If you don't have bags you get to go through a much shorter line.

There's not much about SeaWorld restaurants anywhere. They seemed to have changed their names and don't show up on Tripadvisor. Voyagers is my favorite. Here is a link to another thread with some pics of menus:

The dining plan also includes Pretzel Kitchen. They have pretzel and croissant sandwiches with a side of chips I think, standard desserts, and drinks. I've had the pizzas before and they are really good. I don't eat red meat so I can't comment on any of that food. I had a turkey sandwich at Mango Joe's and it was not impressive. The bread was plain and a little dry. They had a BBQ chicken pizza at the pizza place when I was there last. I've had the club sandwich at Spice Mill and it had way too much bread. I've never eaten at Expedition Café but I looked around and the cold sandwiches were in a deli case like at a gas station. The other food was like a buffet set up and the workers would scoop out what you order. Seagrill is the place that has the chicken fajitas that I like. I've never eaten breakfast there. The only thing you have to be careful is getting things not on the plan. Like upgraded desserts will be on the top shelf and labeled but sometimes people will pick stuff up and put it back in the wrong spot. They have cookies in this little "collectible" Shamu bowl that people pay like $7 for.

Pretzel Kitchen is on the meal plan?! I swear, that wasn't listed as such on the map when we went a few weeks back. That would have been a nice snack.
