Why can't I get pricing on Disney website?

I haven't been able to access pricing on the Disney website for about 2 days now. Is anyone else having that problem? I'm starting to wonder if I looked up so many dates/resorts that I broke it. If they are updating the website, how long is it usually down for? Is it normal to have the website down for a few days at a time?
 
This is the result I have been getting for the past few days "We are unable to show rates at this time.
Please try again or check back later."
 
I just tried for heck of it. worked fine. try clearing your browser cookies.
 


Is it possible that you are looking at dates that are too far out and the rates haven't been set for that time yet?
 
Cleared everything out of history/cookies. Not sure why I didn't think of that sooner! It's working now.

It displays this for every room type at every resort.

I've cleared my browser history, cache, cookies, etc. but it still won't work on IE, Chrome or Firefox.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I've been getting that a lot lately with their website too. If I close out of everything on my phone, turn off wifi, and use my data it will work. Can't get it to work any other way.
 
When I have issues, I find that going into incognito or private browsing mode will help. I don't know if it's because it's not saving web data, or what, but it seems to be the only thing that helps.
