I've been doing the same. It seems like there is some glitch. I used to instantly get notification that I used an offer. On 5 Sam's Clubs purchases and 1 Fanatics purchase I had to call in and it took multiple times to get it taken care of since they have to refer to a diff department for research.

It takes a disproportionate amount of time to deal with them not posting the offers to how much the $ is. I was on the phone for 43 minutes the other day trying to get them to honor 3 Sam's Club offers, and all I got was their assurance that they would refer it to their "marketing department". Same thing happened on a different offer the end of December that I didn't get solved as of 3 weeks later. It's like a black hole. Lately it's hit or miss and it shouldn't be since I subscribe to "CardPointers" and they automatically posts the offers to all my credit cards. How long did that take? I purchased on the 13th, charge posted on the 15th and nothing thus far. It seems like it's usually 9 or 10 days for mine.The $15 credit from redeeming my WM Chase offer by buying a physical GC online have now appeared on my account.
