I am not sure. Usually a circle offer only works like 6 times. We now have a second account for my husband just in case. Haha.

I was told 3 transactions by a Target Circle Specialist but a few months later peeps here were posting they surpassed that limit - online, so I deleted the DP.

I could swear I saw something in the terms, 6 transactions? Pretty fried last night.

Retail Me Not has 10% cash back at Best Buy today. YMMV but in the past, I was able to get cash back on gift cards at BB. Oh, and they now have $200 digital cards. In the past, they only had $100 and $50.

Now another question - I need to buy tickets for Universal Hollywood (less than two months to go until my California trip ). I currently have a 10% coupon code through Rakuten (good until 1/1) and a 7% offer on my Chase Freedom card. When I go to buy the ticket, can I "double dip" and use the Freedom card through Paypal to get the extra 5% bonus? The terms and conditions say that the purchase must be made directly through the merchant, but I wasn't sure if that meant not through Paypal.

Does anyone have experience with this scenario? It's only the difference of a couple of dollars, but I don't want to leave rewards on the table either.

Those who bought DGC when Rakuten had 10% back at Sam’s, with no GC exclusions, check your cash back. Cash back getting adjusted for purchases from 10/7 for now. Early DPs suggest physical GCs are still getting 10% casback but eGC are not. I’m not one to push back on a YMMV situation, but GCs were definitely NOT excluded from this deal, so I’ve submitted tickets for my two 10/7 purchases, and I’m keeping an eye on my 10/11 purchase.

I just checked you are right. I didn't take a screen shot though. Let us know what happens. I still got

Take too long and it will become increasingly harder to get paid. Scroll back as I did post and image of the exclusions.

Just saying, I sincerely hope your gift cards were purchased during the promotion period which lasted for a few days only. It was updated and it clearly excluded gift cards.

Yes i saw your image and then i went to the page and saw it also so that is when i purchased that first

I really don't use paypal that much so I can't help answer this.
I've only used pp once this year when I hosted a Private RIP Tour at Universal and peeps payed me after signing up.

If you have all the information, why are you hesitant to put in a ticket? The more people bring this up to Rakuten the better chances of you being paid.

I got 3 x $100 get $20. Went this morning and activated bonus. Bought 3 DGC @ 50 each. Paid, left store and in car bonus 1 step was checked off. Now when I go on the bonus is no longer activated and so the 1 bonus is not marked. However when going into the app more I see the bonus was activated and that 1 step was completed. Anyone else having trouble with the bonus not showing activated and not showing a step being completed. I tried reentering the receipt but it was not accepted of course.

Update re: Target Circle glitch. The systems department is aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved over the next few days. I was given a case number and told to hang on to that but that they should have it fixed soon. Since there's 21 days left on the bonus, I'm going to wait to make my next two qualifying purchases to see if they fix it first.

I did a chat with target. Was told that merchandise cards and visa, mastercard and AE are excluded. I mentioned that it was disney an entertainment card. The agent said that he could not do anything as it is auto generated. And that I had to complete the 3 steps. But I have proof that step 1 was completed so he said to complete the next 2 steps and chat back and I will get the $20 bonus. I did not want to cause any problems but he did not sound like he knew too much as he had to go back and ask others for answers.
