Guess we will find out tomorrow on the incentives.Even more vague and less-confirmed than the price increase is that there might be some incentives on one or more of these properties released along with the price increase. There's been at least one instance of a guide hinting that a buyer trying to add-on today might be better off waiting until tomorrow.

They've been exercising ROFR on these resorts pretty aggressively anyways.If they bump up the direct sale price, do they typically exercise on the first right of refusal for resales? If not, is there typically a big impact on resale after the bumps?
