Dome coffee is one step worse than dame coffee which is one step worse than damn coffee, which is 99% of coffee except for the aforementioned two levels worse.

Two years ago we had about 120 kids. Last year we had 12. We'll see what happens this year, but I'm sure hoping for closer to 120 than 12.

We haven't had a trick or treater in about 12 years. I still buy candy though.

Only had 4 more. Although a group of teens did come to just sit in the driveway and watch the movie for a bit.

Morning, Fellas! Had a good weekend. Spent Saturday making multiple dump runs now I that I have a truck. Didn't get every to the dump, but make a big dent. Yesterday was a typical Sunday, except I had a church gig in the morning. I then spent the afternoon visiting with a friend and then getting ready for the evening's festivities. Took the DD over to Nana and Grampy's house, we start there every year, to visit them and a couple of neighbors. We then walked around my neighborhood, and wound up being the only kid to do so. So to say my kid made out like a bandit is an understatement. Every house we went to we were told to grab handfuls of candy, my DD was reluctant, but did grab lots of candy, and at times, the homeowners heaped handfuls of candy into my DD's bag (heavy sigh) So now we have candy to last months. (heavy sigh) Looks like I'm going to have to be a good dad and help eat it all...as tough as that's going to be, I must do it. That's it, have a good day, guys.

I am full-time float going from practice to practice. This practice just happens to be in the medical building at the hospital...which is nice because the hospital has a great cafeteria.

Sounds like Navy coffee. Navy coffee's strong enough to use for cleaning rust.

Good night last night. Had lots of fun doling out treats with eldest DD.

We got 31 happy haunts (especially as we're one of the few houses that hand out goody-bags rather then just a single piece of something)
That's a lot more young'ens then last year, but being only our second Halloween in this house, we're not sure what the actual average should be just yet.

What film (just curious)?

Finding Nemo. That was the theme this year.

We got 31 happy haunts (especially as we're one of the few houses that hand out goody-bags rather then just a single piece of something)
That's a lot more young'ens then last year, but being only our second Halloween in this house, we're not sure what the actual average should be just yet.

We hand out full size chocolate bars. I suspect we get repeat visitors that might skip other houses.

I'm okay with that.
