I'm so stressed out. Been trying for hours (started at 7am and then took a break after it was crashing). Apparently during my one hour break it all kind of started working...? I can't get in still. We check in 7/21-7/29. Is there any hope or is it all booked up?

There is availability. Try booking a dining reservation which forces the login screen. Once you are logged in, you should be able to get to the parks reservation page in MDE. Keep trying and try different browsers (Chrome seems best) also.

Unfortunately this was my first chance today to login. I have an 8 day stay with tickets. I’m logged in and see the message to view availability. When I do, everything is grayed out- nothing available through all months. Am I doing something wrong or is all availability really gone?

I do believe the system is not doing everything right. Phone lines aren't even answering right now. All circuits busy. My guess is that something is wrong.

You need to click on the blue "resort guests" button above the calendar to see what is available today for resort guests to reserve

It's not letting me make anymore park reservations as I've hit the erroneous 3 day limit, but I am still logged on and looking around at availability. I just clicked on several days from 7/21-29 and it appears all parks still have availability.

There is availability for every single date still.

If you work out the rough math in your head of the % of resort rooms with bookings right now (almost exclusively DVC) and then factor in that there have been cancellations en-masse, there really shouldn't be any dates filling up completely just yet.

I was able to get in but did have to sit through the orbit twice. The dining thing didn't work for me and I wasted a lot of time trying to go that route. I'm on Google Chrome.

Got only 3 nights out of 7 and was told to call. The number won't even ring. Keep trying if you have the time. Good luck!

Officially 60 min on hold. Still counting. Has anyone this morning had them move you to a open resort for free same dates in later July

Maybe it is just the iPads and iPhones or the Safari browser.

My MacBook with safari worked fine for me. I think it's just luck of the draw, nature of the beast (pick your type of IT frustration).

We are going July 11-15 and I was finally able to get all reserved including HS on the 15th! 2 days at AK and 2 days at MK.

It's available according to the calendar. No dates are full according to the calendar, not even christmas...

I hope this helps....We have a DVC stay Oct 19-25.
Plenty of availability at all parks. I kept checking once I had confirmed spots.
It shows grayed out, but it really isn't NOT available.
Keep trying. It will give you all sorts of error messages, but keep trying. My Magic Kingdom day was giving me Olaf errors, unavailable errors, all of it. On about the 6th try, it confirmed.

This is such a frustrating process. When I thought I did not have a park reservation, I went in and tried to make one and it showed that I had a confirmed reservation for that park.

Hang tough, all. We all know how insane this is.

Well... We killed DVC Member Services too. Doesn’t even get a busy signal.

I used a backdoor workaround that DFB posted earlier. First close all tabs/windows. Then Google a DS restaurant and make a res, this will allow you to login to MDE. Then you can get to parks pass reservations from there. Then you can cancel the dining res if you don't want it.

I don’t know how, but we finally got in a few minutes ago and were able to book every park we wanted for our July 19-27 vacation. On a laptop, on Chrome, from MDE. We’d been on for hours having all the same frustrations - pink castle, lost tickets, availability calendar showing all grey. Somehow as if by magic the “make a park pass reservation” button took us to an actual place, at first it couldn’t retrieve park data but then there they were. 4 parks available for every day of our vacation. So don’t despair about availability yet! Hold on! It’s been a frustrating morning but hopefully we’ll all get to book what we want before too long.
