What is your most favorite item bought at WDW?

I use and love a bunch of my Disney souvenirs - it's hard to choose one favorite! But I think the thing that stands out the most is a Disney artist's sketch (Tramp, from Lady and the Tramp) because I didn't actually buy it, I won it - there was a trivia contest on an easel board in one of the shops. You had to identify Disney songs, and the movies they came from, from the first lines (pre-smart phones of course) and some of them were quite tough. The shopkeeper seemed surprised I got them all, so I was quite proud of it, and still have it hanging in my house.

I keep changing my mind as I read this thread. First I thought of the cozy throw blankets we have, one with Mickey on it, and one with the castle. They are so soft and comfy on a cold winter night while watching TV. But then I remembered the Mickey watch I bought in 2009 and still wear it a lot. I wish I’d bought another one last time we were there. I get lots of comments on it too. I did pay about $100 for it, and bought my daughters one each too.

I bought a mug at AKL that I love. It has mickey ears in different animal prints raised on the sides and a solid raised mickey head on the bottom inside that you see when you finish your beverage. I liked it so much my husband bought me a set, which is good because it seems they changed the styling of this mug and I do not like the new one at all.
I had my coffee in that mug this morning! :goodvibes I have two of those and two of a different design from Tokyo Disney that I use as my primary coffee mugs. I’d have to think a little more before declaring them my favorite souvenir, but they’re definitely my most used!

A thick, hooded jacket that has the FAB FOUR on it. I could never spend that kind of money on myself($85). One Christmas, I open a gift from my nephew, and he bought it for me when they went to WDW just before Christmas. This had to be over 10 years ago. The cuffs are in bad shape, I am going to see if a seamstress can replace them.

My favorite things include my embroidered zip up hoodie, my DL Starbucks tumbler, and my DL Starbucks coffee cup. Actually, the tumbler got dropped and broke, and I can't wait to go back and get a replacement!

Most of my favorite things they no longer sell. I liked the home items that no longer exist. We have monogrammed towels, Mickey head candles & Mickey head soaps. We also have a lot of ornaments. I guess my favorite item was a poster we had made of DS, when he was young. He was laying on a table. They added a scene that made it look like he was flying with the classic characters. I wish we would have had his photo engraved in glass, when he was young, but it's too late for that now.

The cut-out silhouette of my three kids (when they were small) that was made at Magic Kingdom.

I forgot about those. We have the silhouettes of DH, DS & I. We also bought my inlaws a set one year for Christmas. Both of us have them displayed.

most used-a wdw fridge magnet with conversions that include cups to oz to tbl to tsp. fantastic when making massive batches of something to be able to glance and see the spices total a portion of a cup vs. a gazillion teaspoons.

FAVORITE-from disneyland, either the pin from when i went during the bicentennial or my even older ticket book which surprisingly still has all it's E tickets b/c those were always the ones we used up first.

Oooooh so hard to chose just one so I'm going to list a few and cheat a little bit:

My massive Tigger mug (it's more like a bucket than a mug) - I drink A LOT of hot tea and use this every day
My PANDORA Park Exclusives bracelet - it's a combination of Pandora park exclusive charms from our 2010 & 2016 trips which I'll add to again on our 2019 trip
Our Christmas Tree Skirt and Disney ornaments - everyone comments on them every Christmas
Our Mickey Mouse bathroom set which includes a soap dish, toothbrush holder and hand soap dispenser

A money box, even though some of our money doesn’t fit in it.

Also those vinylmation things, I have a few PoTC and my son has some Star Wars.

Aaand, I have haunted mansion and PoTC plates as well, but they were from the land not the world.

My Mickey Mouse polo that I bought in the Riverdside gift shop in 2011. It’s just a plain, collared shirt with a tiny Mickey on the left corner. I loved it so much, I had my mom look for another one for me in a different color when she went down three months later. Sadly, the yellow one ran through the wash with a tube of lipstick and all the internet fixes in the world couldn’t save it. Still wear my coral one though. I’ve looked for more, but they don’t seem to sell the women’s polos much any more.

My memory, not trying to be corny, but I got so many strong memories its like running thru my mind so clear, its like watching it on Tv, some are on things so mall no one remembers but me, and they are priceless

Good point! I love looking through my pics and remembering trips.

It's amazing that some things with a relatively low cost can become so irreplaceable. My favorite Indy watch finally died so I took it to the watch shop I have some of my watches serviced/repaired at. You should have seen the look on their face when I asked to have it repaired. Well they said it couldn't be fixed. So I brought it home and fixed it myself. It ultimately died again. I had already been looking on Ebay for a replacement for years. OK there are a lot of Indy watches out there but I could never find the exact watch. It's beige, sort of a Fossil style watch. So after about looking for 8 or 9 years literally EVERY day I found one. It was in almost new condition "buy it now" $25.00, I couldn't believe it I sat there for a few seconds a little stunned. Then I quickly bought it. About a year later I found another one in new condition for about $20.00 I immediately got that one too. I have one stored in a safe and wear the other one. I still look almost daily for this watch on Ebay it's become sort of a ritual. I get up in the morning make coffee, get the laptop, check the email, news, weather and Ebay.
