Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I will say the CR hot choices are pretty minimal, IMHO. Just the soup and usually one item on the hot tray. The other items are cold mini plates. I went back to my pics from earlier this fall (CR Atrium Club - Sept 2017) just to remind myself.

If they have reduced things further from what you see in my pics, that would be pretty bad!

I sometimes do wish they would add to the evening app offerings at CR though.

@GADisneyDad14 , that does make me a bit nervous about choosing CR CL over WL CL or GF SL CL... although those TPV room views are hard to beat! While I don't plan on making meals out of the lounge offerings (minus breakfasts), I do appreciate a nicer lounge menu.

Unfortunately, that’s all a part of the CL equation.... so many pros and cons and things to balance with each of them. Sort of why I like to say there really isn’t a perfect CL... just like there isn’t a perfect resort. But it’s fun to try them all just to see how they work for you and your family! :-)

FWIW, my resort decisions are usually driven more by the resort than by CL. If I can check the box in terms of room, view, and location/transportation needs, then I’m good - CL is just the ‘icing on the cake’ to some extent.

Interesting. They love the TPV room but they are not impressed with the food choices.

Thinking back to our 2016 CR CL stay (in the middle of cutbacks?) I liked the wine choices and the soups but I felt that the appetizer portions were very tiny. Like a teeny tiny shrimp on one of those ceramic individual serving plates. Honestly I could have eaten the whole tray and I am not a huge eater!

3 weeks from today and I will be back at my favorite club level, Boardwalk Inn! I am so excited to finally be there again. Cannot wait to celebrate my 65th birthday with my favorite cast members and enjoy the holiday decorations.

I'm still 26 days away from BWI. Will you still be there on the 12/11? (My favorite CL also and I sure hope Redgie is preparing the evening hors d'oeuvres!) :goodvibes

Yes, we will be there until the 13th! Please say hi. You can ask anyone who I am and they will point me out. Would love to meet you!

KerryCM, your reports on the BWI is one of the reasons my husband and I booked that amazing resort in October 2015. We have been back October 2016 and May 2017 (with our adult kids) all club level stays, and are currently booked to return in May 2018. BWI feels like home to us. We found it to be everything we wanted in an adult Disney vacation. The club level CM’s are simply the best. We love the rooms, the decor, and the boardwalk. We cannot wait till our trip back. I wish you a happy birthday. :bday:

Awww, thank you so much! I am so excited to be going back. It is so hard to get a room there with my cast discount, so my last few trips this year have been at the BC, and it is not the same. We also qualify for the military discount, husband is retired military, but those are hard to come by too. Love my CM friends at the BW and I am thrilled to be able to share this special birthday with them. Do you live in Tennessee? We moved there a few years ago and love it!

Yes, currently live south of Nashville, but dreaming of moving back to East Tennessee. Those mountains call us home too.
