Can you upgrade the magic your way 1 day hopper ticket later.... that seems like the best deal...

Here now...waiting for Jack and Sally. Will uo date as I can. We are at Pop until Wednesday...going to be interesting here...sorry for those that had their Sunday party xancelled.

@MissMaryQC should be standing in line with you they're about 7th group from the front.

Questions:
What time did you arrive at MK?
About how long did it take you to go through the bypass?
What time did you arrive at Jack & Sally?

Are you sure? I assumed hey were issuing comp tickets like they use for guest recovery.

I am responding that you can upgrade a One Day Magic Your Way Ticket into a Park Hopper, if OP is referring to something else they should state that.

If OP is referring to the COMP ticket it comes with Park Hopper Option. Once you receive this COMP ticket, it's as is. :-)

Maybe I misunderstood
-I thought the OP was asking if you could upgrade the 1 day hopper ticket in the future (which could be worth like $180) toward a multi day ticket and you were saying yes they could

We're out. Trying to find dates to reschedule that would still allow us to do the party but so far everything would be more than 1000$ extra and I just can't make that work.

Hoping we can sneak into an opening in November, but for now just going to have to cancel outright.

Unfollowing this thread because every update makes me cry, but thank y'all for the fun and learning experience! I hope everyone that gets to go has a great time.

I'm so sorry! Hopefully something will pop up in November!

Aaaaaand...now they are back :)

@HillsboroHoppers you got in line at 4:10 and saw them at 5:45? How far back were you when you got in line?

I really understand your frustation ; however it is not rudeness just because you do not get the answer you wanted! In hindsight, your best option would have been wait in the guest services line that was " too long" , they would have proabably been more whiling to grant some type of compensation.

You would have had to have heard it. Castmember was very short with me, said they don't compensate if the parades happen. I said that the castmember we spoke with told us it wasn't happening, which is why we left the area. The problem wasn't whether or not they happened, the problem was that castmembers were giving out information that was completely false. He actually said he didn't care what the castmember told us. Exactly that. If I did that at my job, I wouldn't have a job anymore.

I probably would have waited longer, but, my 6 year old was soaked through and the line was outside. It wasn't worth her getting sick to probably get exactly the same answer I got on the phone. But, thanks for putting "too long" in quotes like that to trivialize my experience. May you experience the same magical castmember should you ever have a problem and then have someone snark at you about it online.. lol
