Any idea what is usually excluded if you purchase the tasting sampler? (

I think it may be good value for my wife and I to use towards beer/wine/cocktails, and then we can pay out of pocket for most food items. If there's a lot of things excluded, it may not be worth the trouble?
Usually the exclusions are all champagnes/sparkling wines at the Champagne & Dessert booth, any flights at all booths (though folks were intermittently able to use the entitlements for flights during the first days of the festival last year) and the cheese palette. Basically if it sounds like too good of a deal to be true, it probably is.
Last year I did the math based on the 16 item sampler and made a spreadsheet of drinks I wanted to try with the sampler entitlements.
Many of these options are not returning and these are the 2016 prices, but here's what I came up with last year that would still be a "good deal" with the $65 + tax price tag this year (I assumed tax of 6.5%, someone correct me if I am wrong). I came up with $8.65 for each entitlement tab.
