I hoped for Pop. I was at work and of course was in the middle of something when it dropped. Couldn't get the offer to load, but read others were booking.

Finally got it to load. Pop was already gone for my dates. I did almost check out with ASMu (the cheapest I could grab). I got to the last page, but then decided to switch to POR which was quite a bit more (only royal rooms), but it was our 2nd choice.

So paying a bit more than I budgeted, but we will make it work.
 
So it is 3 night 2 day park tickets minimum?
I read 5 nights at first.

Well guess that one article that someone referred to as "rubbish" was not after all.

The offer just doesn't work for my sister and I this year though especially because the flights are waaaay too high for our dates and she's not flexible because she's a teacher.

Oh well we are going to DL in late June so there's that.

We'll save the money and definitely go to WDW next year!!!
 
I have been on hold for over an hour! I had modified my reservation on line and then when I got to check out and hit purchase it says error try again later or call! I gave been trying to get through and finally did but still on hold with Disney music at least! This has been going on since 6:15 this morning! It's now just about 9:00. I have never had this much trouble! UGH! Hopefully they will have available what we want! I am doing two rooms! Fingers crossed and some pixie dust please!
 
I was having the same problem and I clicked on my itinerary instead of my reservations and the change button came back.

I'm now booked at Pop 9/19 - 22 with free dining 2 day park hopper for only $145 more than my original 2 nights...I didn't realize that the earlier quote for $585 more included a 4 day park hopper so I'm a happy tired camper now :yay::faint:

Thank you for that tip! I was unable to get FD because our last possible check-out date was August 18 due to school schedule, but I was trying to move our reservation up to earlier in August now that FD was off the table. I was easily able to do this by using the itinerary suggestion--I had been spinning on change reservation since 7:00!
(And my reservation # stayed the same so it didn't affect gift cards at CBR...)
 
Really bummed about the five night requirement as we can't swing that. Never expected that (maybe I missed a rumor but the ones I kept up with said four nights at last check). Super disappointing.

It's a 3 night minimum. The ad is deceiving.
 
Is there any use in checking over and over online? What do you think? Was it a grab and go or will some pop back on here and there throughout the offer time?
Do your dates show online? I would check and double-check and then call your TA if you see something.
 
i see you are going the same time as us! we check in the 26th at music. i hope you were able to modify your ressie. we got it no problem and it seems to still be available

I didn't modify. I wanted an extra night so just made new ressie. Got ASMu preferred 11/27-12/7. No standard was available. It's gone now with 11/26 or 27 check in but with 10 nights. Maybe still available shorter.

But I got it!!! A little extra for preferred but no different than standard at 12/8 which was back up plan. Couldn't be happier!

Offer details said a 2 day park hopper is only needed. I am able to book a room from 8/21-8/24 with only a 2 day park hopper and it includes free dining. Looks more like a 3 night minimum.

Do you still have that in your cart? keep trying to complete the purchase or change..mine did that for close to 45 minutes and then it finally went through.
 
I'm on the phone with them now. At 55 minutes, someone answered and gave me the "no availability except for a $15,000 room" so i'm now waiting for a supervisor.

Curious what are you asking the supervisor to do? I was under the impression that if there were no rooms available there wasn't anything they could do. I have standard room at Poly but those aren't available. I'd love to know if the supervisor can help you.

Somehow if you have it in your cart and keep trying complete the change it replenishes the time you have to check out. Check your cart it should still be in there..keep at that while you wait to also try and get someone on the phone....if I had given up I would have lost the FD in the standard room at WL because there was none available anymore under the offer without modification of an existing reservation. Good Luck!
 
I'm so bummed! Booked through a TA and she didn't find any availability for our week at CBR. We're 4 adults and 2 kids (one's an infant), so we're limited in room options anyway without booking two rooms, so we've found nothing! I guess I start looking offsite today because the cost difference just isn't worth it when you start talking thousands of dollars. Disney may get to keep our $75 gift cards.

I definitely will do my own booking next time, so I can modify myself. I may not have been able to find anything either, but at least I'd have known I tried!
We're at CBR with the GC offer and the summer RO discount. I'm beginning to think that with the current FD offer being QS only, that the original reservation we have is going to be the best price. Sadly. We've always traveled under the FD promos and had some very good prices. I haven't been able to change my reservation or get through on the phone lines, but when I looked on-line, moving to ASM would cost us $500.00 more...going from a moderate to value. I'm going to wait a few days and call. Things will open up over the next week as people start to cancel and rearrange their plans. I hope it works out for you! Keep checking and ask your TA to do the same.
 
Got it! I called in as I was modifying reservations for my family and a friends. I started calling just before 7 and got thru shortly thereafter. I was on hold for maybe 5 minutes, but on the phone for an hour or so because the codes they gave the cast members did not work. Worked out and we got what we wanted, no problem. Now....onto planning ADR's!
 
Holy cow, that was easy. Just logged into my account and updated my AOA Nemo Suite to the free dining in like 5 minutes! We'll be there 11/25 to 12/4! See you soon Mickey!
Congrats! Did you do this thru my dis experience? Did you already have passholder tix in there? Hoping to do this next year just wanting to know what you did/had to make it work so smoothly for you?
 
I got free dining at CBR for a pirate room. Other than the bed size why does everyone seem not to care for the pirate rooms?

Did it say we will hold your reservation for 10 minutes..please cal this number if you need assistance? That is exactly what happened..I left the website and tried to go back in and then saw there was nothing available then had the idea to go back to my cart where that message still was and everything waiting to complete and just kept checking that box and hitting complete over and over again finally got the I am going to Disney World message!
 
Yeah I had heard 3 night minimum,2 day PH or PH+

I was pretty sure of my source so was confused when it said 5 night. Where in the fine print do you see 3?

It doesn't acutally seem to say a minimum night stay but if you go to book you'll see that as long as you pick a resort room that is available you only have to stay 3 nights.
 
For those that booked through a TA and was able to get it how does the reservation look in MDE? Can you tell you have it by anything? Trying to determine if ours has changed.
