Great update!!! And that woman was just awful!! Even worse that she got to stay in the park and keep being nasty. I think they should remove people who act like maniacs. Just sayin........
Although it is the last TR update and that makes me a little sad, but I have been waiting for months to post this! 
I thought to myself "That couldn't really be him" I turned to my parents and said "I think I just saw the Pumpkin Man" Both responded confused asking who that was and for those of you that haven't heard of him as well I will explain. He is this Disney regular who walks around in crazy Disney outfits with pumpkin Mickey Mouse ears. Many have posted pictures of him here on the DIS so I was shocked when I saw him. No one had ever talked to him before they have only taken his picture usually when his back is turned.
My dad always has my back 
he was not a very good dancer so we enjoyed a couple laughs 
) Overall it was a wonderful vacation it was nice to relax and enjoy everything Disney and our hotels had to offer and not feel the need to hit every park or every ride and just enjoy our time with one another. We are all looking forward to going back and spending quality family time and I only hope this next trip is as perfect as this one was

I really enjoyed meeting him it was definitely a great memory! I have to admit I did too Yeah should be starting a new one in 3 weeks I am not making any promises We do have to get it done before August though!

Can I ask, how big is that white vinylmation? I think my girls would absolutely love to have one they could get autographed like that! What a super idea!!
I looked for it on Disney shopping but couldn't find it so I am guessing 9 inches because that's the size of most of the bigger vinylmations. I bought mine at the Animation Studio store in DHS but you can buy them almost anywhere that sells vinylmations. It was a lot of fun having the characters sign it and it was a great keepsake since I didn't want an autograph book. There isn't a ton of space on it though which was the only downside and it was pretty expensive I think I paid between 30-40 for it.
I've read about the Pumpkin man on another TR before too. He looks very friendly (even if he is a bit eccentric

Your Plaza lunch looked delish too. We just tried it for the first time in February and man was my sandwich tasty! My whole family was pleasantly surprised by just how good all the food was. And it helped that we could see the castle through the windows too.
We really enjoyed our meal and will be eating there a week from tomorrow
It's always sad when your trip comes to an end, isn't it? But you're going back so soon now! Lucky!

Great idea!!! Most people probably just stare or snicker I'd guess. I think it's very sweet that you took the time to speak with him. There's a sweet little old lady who sits in the lobby at the Grand Floridian. She has a bag full of stuffed animals with her too. Each time we saw her, we smiled and waved. I know here on the DIS people have sort of made fun of her too but when I saw her in person, I just felt sad for her. Anyhow, my point is that you never know what kind of sadness or issue someone has going on in their life so it's always nice to offer a bit of friendliness, you know?)
Pumpkin Man?? How is it I have never heard of him?? Fascinating!!! Does he wear the pumpkin hat all year round? And wow that he gave the little gift and bigger WOW to the ears they gave your parents. That was really nice!!

Thanks for the vinylmation info. I think it's a very, very cool souvenir especially when autographed! My DD11 wasn't into autograph books this past trip but I know she'd be interested in a vinylmation. $30 isn't too bad, heck you pay at least $10 for a boring old autograph book.
No problem! I am sure your DD would love it! It was fun to have signed because the face characters would talk about where they were going to sign and the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine joked about having to sign a rat. Definitely helped make great memories!

That signed Vinylmation is SO COOL! I've read about people doing that and thought about getting one for myself but I'm too cheap to pay $40 for one. Plus I didn't want to carry it around. But now I might have to get one. Love it!
Thank you! I love it! I have it up on a shelf in my room with the rest of my disney souveniors! $40 is pretty expensive but it lasted through two trips so I think I got my money worth! I actually didn't carry it around that often and when I did it wasn't much of a hassle. There isn't a ton of room on it so I only carried it when I knew we would be meeting special characters that I don't see often.

I have my index cards with Hidden Mickey and Hidden Magic tips on them done, I have a set of 50 pins to trade and I have vinylmations ready to trade! (I have no room left for new ones so I have to trades the ones I don't like as much) 
We have been training hard and I can now run a 5k in 20:24 which is over 9 minutes less than I did it a year ago I am extremely proud of my mom who has been working hard at walking and running and I plan to run alongside her in the race since this one is all about her The race starts at 8:30 and after we finish the race, which includes an obstacle course, there is a scavenger hunt portion. After the scavenger hunt there is an after party in Asia that goes on until 1 am. This means I finally get to ride Expedition Everest at night between the party and the 5k we might need some rest! I am hoping we get to ride TSM tonight since it is my dad's favorite ride! it all depends on how many times we ride this the night before though
