Sometimes you might get a person who doesn't know what you mean. If that happens, just politely get off the phone with them and call back so you get someone else. That has happened to us before and we just called back and got someone who could help us. Also, you may have a little wait to get through because free dining packages were just released to the public for the summer so the phone lines could be a little busy!

Yes, they will ask for your phone number, address, a credit card and a deposit...although I am not sure how much it will be. And tell them the code. For the room only reservations we made, we had to make a deposit of the cost of one night...which was $73.80 when we made it, but probably would have been around $63 if we had the code when we made the reservation.

No, it's not a package deal...the code is a room-only deal...our reservation for 9/1 to 9/4 is a room only reservation and that is the one we used it for.

Well, maybe there will still be rooms for that code...the code is good until 10/2 and I haven't heard of it before and free dining just came out so everyone will be more interested in that! And you can call and put a hold on the room for a week before you have to pay the deposit. And our price per night before the code was $73.80, so just about $10 difference. Just put a hold on a room and we will all hope for Disney magic!

Megan Check in on Sept 1, we will be staying at the CSR before and after that

1) Can i have stuff sent to our Hotel for her before we arrive that way it is there already.

2) how much would it cost to get to Vista Way by cab or will we need to take a Mears shuttle on the day that she check in, and we would need a cab back to our hotel.

3) we will be there as a family untill the 3rd of Sept will we be able to see her at anytime before we leave can we go to the parks together and eat.

No clue about the first two but I do know that she won't be able to get in free before you leave. The 1st is move in 2nd is a day off and the third is Traditions she won't be able to get in until after that's completed. However if you pay for her ticket on the second you can go to Disney as a family because as far as I've heard there is nothing scheduled that day.

Steph had mentioned something about a get together and I think she is planning on going.

Did any of your kids receive a "see you real soon" email? Steph did not but she heard of several that did. I was just curious as to what the email actually said.

Nichele got the email a few days ago .. it was just saying they dont provide medical insurance and and they should have gotten our program assesment fee ... and to make sure you have all ur paper work together .. she said it wasnt much of an email .. but it was nice to have something ..lol

The "dinner" is for the kids who are goin but some of the kids wanted to bring there parents so they are now making this dinner a meet the parents and kids dinner ..its in downtown disney .... if anyone wants to come just contact the group on facebook ... Disney Career Start Fall 2010 is the name of the group...

I know Nichele is going ... we are thinking about it ... just not sure yet

Caitie got an email as well. She is very excited, but sooooooooooooo NERVOUS! I am starting to get nervous, too, but am trying not to show it because she is very nervous. We leave this Friday, so it is really soon! They were all talking about how slow the time was going, but it didn't seem to take too long at all!

I am not sure if Caitie is planning on going to a dinner in DTD...is that Tuesday, 8/31? We have adrs at Kona Cafe that night and she really loves Kona! She hasn't mentioned anything to me about other plans...I will have to ask her when she gets home tonight.

Is anyone else going to be at WDW and/or POP? We will be there from 8/22 until 9/4, so if anyone wants to meet ahead of time, just let me know! It will be so nice to put names and faces together!

I know how your feeling, I'm feeling the exact same way!! LOL Time went by too fast this summer!!! They thought it was too slow and I feel like it was too fast, not enough time. Does everyone have everything?

We are staying at POP too!!! We will be there from 8/29 thur 9/3, we would love to meet ahead of time. Tuesday we are picking up Nicheles "roommate" (the one who she hopes will be her roommate) at the airport and she will be staying with us until too. If anyone wants to meet up just let me know!!

We will be staying at the CSR Aug 26-Sept 3. we need to get ahold of a shuttle company to take us over there that day and bring me back after she is done getting settle. I would like to have some grocer delivered to her so that she does not have to worry about going out and grabbing some but i don't know how to go about doing that since we don't know where she will be staying at. if any one has any suggestion on how we can accomplish this it would be greatly appreciated.

We will be doing some grocery shopping after Steph has checked in because we are not really sure how much space there will be for the food. Since you will be there until September 3rd, another option is just taking a taxi to a local store and then back to the complex. It does make it difficult not knowing exactly where they will be staying until check in.

I am not sure about having groceries delivered, since there is security it may not be possible. Maybe some former CS people could answer that.

The only thing I've heard about any deliveries is pizza and you have to meet them at the gate security will not allow them to come to your room. So I'm assuming it would be the same no matter what is being delivered.
