:dance3::dance3::banana::banana::dance3::dance3:

OH! they look so nice :woohoo: Can't wait to get ours!! :yay: Wonder how long before we see US posters getting theirs :rolleyes1

Hope you all get them soon Melodie! :cool1::cool1:

:littleangel:

I'm the one who doesn't recognize my neighbors unless they are surrounded by their backyard, so I will smile and wave at everybody I see. If I don't smile and wave, I didn't see you. :yay::yay::yay::yay::dance3::banana:

Please don't think that because you walked right past me, that I saw you. I could be deep in thought. "Which way to the drink-o-day?" "Where is the spa?" "What way to my room?" "Wow that water is blue"

If it is early in the morning... "Where's coffee!!!!!"

If you smile and wave and I don't smile and wave back, you can bet I'm in la la land. Please, please, please believe me when I tell you, I would never blank anyone!!

I'm exactly like this - i've walked right past my own mother and not noticed her - despite her saying my name... sometimes i'm just in my own dream world - however i love to talk to people when they stop me - so please do!:goodvibes

I am getting a paper signed and notarized today that DH will sign giving me permission to take our daughter out of the country without him. Has anyone ever done this? I don't want to be denied anything so I am taking every step. I had a friend say that she does it every time and my TA says not necessary.

a few years ago i was travelling in the states with DS. We were Aust citizens on tourit via's. We had no problems coming into the country but when we went to leave to go to Canada to meet up with DH i had all sorts of hassles they didn't want to let me go. i eventually convinced them that if we were here on a visit visa then it was probably ok for us to go and return to our home country.

I would love that. It's my 28th wedding anniversary that day and, as I'm leaving the lovely Mr Tart at home, it would be so nice to raise a glass and toast him - even if I'm not with him... :goodvibes

28 years is well worth remembering, it would be a pleasure to help you celebrate.

I had a wonderful weekend. I did remember to take my camera this year, but I never got around to taking any photos.

i have a bad habit of doing this, this holiday i intendintned to not only take my camera but also to use it!

I had a bit of trauma on the way home from the Girlie Weekend. After all the DVC talk over the weekend, I felt inspired to do a bit of planning for next year. I had WiFi access on the train, I went on the My Vacation Points section on the DVC website to check just how many points I have for next year and realized in horror that the points I thought I had banked in March never were banked. I know that I did this online, but due to a glitch either my end or their end, the transaction was never completed. Unfortunately my banking deadline was 31st July. To say that I was in a bit of a panic is the understatement of the year. As soon as I got home, I rang DVC Member Services to see what my options are. They decided to spread some pixie dust and banked the points for me. So the weekend still ended on a high note..

thanks you for reminding me - our banking deadline is coming up too.

We have just admitted a 35kg(77lbs) boxer dog that chased a swan,
Can you believe that its jaw is fractured and dislocated, got its butt kicked by the swan,,,,, swan wagged its tail feathers and swam off happily the dogs owners said.

I have to say the beagles seem to know to keep well away from them.

Silly Dog. i hope it recovers alright and learns from the experiance.

Also - can you please put Dh and myself down for the room tour and DM fish out of water (Sue) would love to join in too.

Thanks

We have brunch at Palo for 11:30 could we make it at least 1:30 :)

after lunch is a good idea, Champagne is far safer with a little food in the tummy :rotfl2:

I have about 14 days of clothes, with a change for dinner for Becca. Who, unfortunately at the ripe old age of 6, can change herself... And doesm 3 or 4 times a day... So even with all those clothes, I imagine that I will still do plenty of little girly laundry ina ddition to what I will do for everyone else... I think we are at about 8 days worth for being gone about 17 days. I am planning on 2 laundry meets myself... Who was it that suggested the 2am laundry party?? :confused3

Your Becca sounds just like our Lillian DD5, they should get on very well

On our last cruise I was doing laundry when this middle aged women come in. I said hello and she proceeded to tell me, in a very snooty tone that this was the first time in her entire life she had ever done laundry. Her MAID always did her laundry. When I mentioned she could send her laundry out she gave me a look like she smelt something bad. I decided not to say anything more. However, when I noticed she was putting her jeans, silk underwear and tennis shoes in the same dryer on high (yes she had washed them in the same washer), I had to suggest she might want to use medium. In her "aren't you stupid" tone she told me if she did that the jeans would never dry. Guess I shouldn't have tried to help. val

i would of loved to see the look on her face when she took it all out. :lmao:

A quick post to introduce myself personally. Hi I am Mark from Reading in the UK, you already know my wonderful wife Mandy (UKANGEL) and she has kept me up to speed with everything that is going on.

Can't wait to meet you all soon.

I am also very excited now the documents have arrived!!

Oh, my! I have never met anyone quite so snotty on the Disney ships! She should have brought her maid with her, if she didn't want to do laundry!:laundy:. And what's wrong with her that she couldn't send it out? She should have been in concierge class anyway, so she wouldn't have to deal with it at all! Or maybe onher own yacht!

WE will be doing laundry...only bringing 5 day's worth of undies each, and we'll be on the ship for 24 days......LOTS of laundry room time! :laundy::laundy::laundy::laundy::laundy::laundy::laundy:

We went back and forth on this quite alot. In the end, we purchased the shirts but without the names on the back. I don't usually go around wearing shirts with my name and I knew that if I put the name on the shirt I would probably only wear it on the ship and then maybe around the house. Without the name, it's like wearing any other Disney T-shirt. That kept the $$ to a minimum (since we have to pay extra for the plus size) and although we had to pay shipping, I don't know how it compares to international shipping.

OK! I'll bring some safety pins, computer paper and a black magic marker and we'll pin your name on the back just for the night! Then you can wear the shirt again! :laundy:

If all the washing gets too much the boys can always go commando (as long as they aren't wearing short shorts.... :rotfl2:

I even put my powdered laundry detergent in a clothes-only suitcase in case someone scans it and thinks it is something illicit: clothes are less likely to go missing than little items if a suitcase got inspected.

So I am feeling very organized and pleased, which is a far cry from how I was feeling this morning with all the packing ahead of me. I earned my little beverage!

on our last airplane flight, TSA inspected my bag and left a note in it saying they had, but they lost one of my sandals! There I was on the Magic in Dover with only one sandal! Good thing they didn't lose one of my good shoes!

OCD for WF and Renegade7 are you travelling together? I ask cause I was looking at the deck plan and noticed you were in the same room on the roll call!

Since neither of them frequently have a chance to get on due to their hectic jobs, I can vouch that indeed they are roomies on the B2B cruises!

Guess what....the FedEx man just knocked on my door.......

........he brought our cruise documents!!!

:dance3::dance3::dance3:

We have also had a visit from the FedEx man with our cruise docs.

Finished tour

Sue had kindly offered to order us nibbles and allow us to drop a bottle of water, wine, coke, whatever,(Sue is going to order ice) off at her stateroom before room tour or we can take something with us, or you can leave it at our stateroom (1st on tour) and I will collect them all and bring them at the end.

It is easier to go up the way and it means only 3 elevator rides the way it has worked out.
A VERY BIG Thanks to all who offered the cabins, its a shame we cant do them all.
Let me know if you are coming so I can let sue know how many nibbles to order, ofcourse you can leave right after room tour, know doubt we will all be busy.

I will drop them into fishextenders, if you dont have one we can make arrangements. This means I can buy more of whatever everybody fancies trying, I wish wt wasnt an issue and then I could bring everybody both.

Although this all depends on me getting all my shoes in the case first:laughing:

wish I had one that said YOU got docs, but this will have to do.

Welcome Michael, and all the other new cruisers who have signed in the last couple of weeks!

I am a female, and I adore Rachel. I would pick her over any of the others. She did our first TA and always was walking around talking to people and had so many things planned, you really had to make a decision on what you wanted to do. She was fun and very high energy.
Sorry,, never had her, but heard her chat when the dream was launched, her coice is weird, she was all girly and jumping up and down, sorry but that doesnt do it for me.
I think we're pretty similar Lynne, I'm always the one to be honest and tell someone how it is. My friends are always laughing at my complete honesty....good thing is everyone asks me to go shopping with them, coz I'll tell them if their butt looks big :lmao:

OK, I know this is in no way funny, but when I watch the pictures in my head it is hilarious! :confused3:rotfl2:

Yes, we are very alike, but I think 99% people like the truth, well maybe 50%

Funny, you laughing, we couldnt sort jaw, he is going to a specialist today, the vet came through and laughed at him, he was pretty daft looking.

You are a better person than me, I would have smiled and said nothing.
