go buy Pantene's Root Lifter..I bought it the other night..HOLY COW! It made my hair so thick! I was going to a funeral and wanted my hair to survive the humidity and wind from Ike..great stuff!!

Really? No matter what I do I have two choices - straight and flat or frizzy. I'm going to go invest and see what I can do this weekend. There may be pictures :rotfl2:

anyone else have pictures to share?? I still cant decide how I want my hair done..

thanks :)

I went for a vintage glam style. Here are a few to try and get different angls for you.

I had a fingertip veil.

Yes they will be able to give you volume!!! no worries.

Girls I wish I lived in Orlando...I would so do you hair. If I ever do move there then I really would love to get a job at one of the salons in Disney.

Any chance you'll be there president's week? lol I'd loooove for you to do my hair!

Le bump!! :wizard:

Looking for more inspiration for hair. I'm leaning to "The Lynn"! Anyone else have any other pictures?

Patricia LeJeune (who did my hair) referred to it as the "Jessica Alba." I just knew I wanted something up, with curls in the back and with some texture on the top (not slicked back). Oh, and I have BONE straight hair that is pretty long and HEAVY.

Here's the front

Thank you! Of course, you can use them, and I have more if you need them :)

Just FYI, she curled all of it (and put a lot of spray in it, because my hair doesn't hold curl well). Then, she pulled the back (not all of the fringe area) into a ponytail and then pinned the curls down with LOTS of bobbypins. Then, the front, she took the curls and pulled them to the back and secured the ends into curls with the bobbypins, too.

Heidi, your hair is beautiful! I love the flowers. Were they real and did they wilt at all?

The flowers were real phalaenopsis orchids. They didn't wilt at all. I also wore orchids in June (both phalaenopsis and one cymbidium).

I probably could have worn them two days later for my MK shoot, but I found out (after seeing peoples pics) that wearing them WITH the veil didn't look as good. So, I'd recommend putting them in (it's really easy) when you take off the veil for the reception. Or wear one large cymbidium orchid on the side.

Here's a pic from June.

It was basically the same hairstyle. I had a trial and wanted to do something different, so this is what my trial looked like.

I didn't like it as much, so I decided to go with the tried and true.
