If we do not hear from you before we ship your merchandise to you, we will assume that you continue to wish to receive your order despite the shipping delay. Same email here too. This is quite frustrating. I'll never use their site for an exchange again.

I received my "shipped" email from Yankee Candle on Tuesday but it is still not showing as a valid tracking number in the UPS system. I hope it makes it to its destination...

Count me in as another person that will not be ordering through the website for the next exchange:sad2:.

I ordered mine on 11-11 and it still says in process. I'm so sorry :( I won't order online next year.

Hopfully we will hear of more going out soon. The e-mails have been saying by Monday....and hopfully they will send them faster than ground ::yes::
 
well last weekend they told me they don't ship on weekends and mine still says in process BUT the e-mail assured me it would be shipped by the 10th so that would mean it must be going out Monday which will be 1 day less than a month because I ordered on the 9th... I feel like posting what I got the person for goodness sake by the time they ship it will be out of stock or something
what is their policy on that if they are out when they get to mine (one thing said Low stock when I ordered) do they replace it with something else they better not try to cancel it I have no plans to be back in Omaha where my closest Yankee candle is before Christmas if they change anything I'd have to make a road trip ?
 
if something is out of stock, they will ship it when it is back in stock.
You will be able to tell when they do ship, your online invoice should list all that is sent.
Since they aren't taking online orders anymore, let's hope everyone's shipment will ship complete!!

Don't worry about it ...at least for now. We'll see what Monday brings.
