I just received this email from them

DECEMBER 10, 2007. Given this delay, if you wish to cancel your order you may do so by calling our toll-free customer service number (877) 803-6890 or by sending us an email at info@yankeecandle.com. If we do not hear from you before we ship your merchandise to you, we will assume that you continue to wish to receive your order despite the shipping delay. Again, if you continue to want to receive your order you do NOT need to call.
