For you other newbies here.........Welcome, I myself am an newbie but have been following this thread from the beginning. I won't be 100% sure if I will be joining this cruise until the true prices come out! But, here is what I've learned:

1. This group is very friendly and A LOT of fun.
2. They are experienced cruisers and planners.
3. They love their POC....so catch up!
4. Someone in the group is very talented in computer design.
5. I think we might all have to get pirate tatoos;)
6. Just close your eyes and jump in! This boats already movin!!
7. Oh yeah, and apparently Lisa REALLY wants to be in charge of linking all the dining ressies!:rotfl2:

Okay...how'd I do!!popcorn::

It looks like Stacey's brainwashing is effective even on the newbies. ;) :lmao:

I have a feeling this thread is going to move fast all the way thru. There are members of the Blabbermouths and the DIS Geeks onboard and we all like to gab. :)

Again...the slow blonde take a couple of hours shut eye and has to spend a couple of hours catching up..... finally did it.

Now I must go to work to pay for all of this (does anyone feel sorry for me?)

For those who have a request in with Inventory Control, at what point do I have to start sleeping with my cell phone so I don't miss the call? I'm guessing we won't be getting called over the weekend?

I DO FEEL BAD FOR YOU!! (and me!!)
I think employers should give us some kind of (paid of course!) mental health leave during all of this booking saga!!:thumbsup2

Can any of you californians give us a weather report for around the time of the REPO cruise please as i aint coming back to such a beautiful place if the sun aint shining,sorry.....:rotfl2:

Last year it was 81 (27C) in San Pedro for the day we leave on August 17th. August is usually a very warm here in Southern California. We are about 1 hour away from San Pedro and is usually in the 90's in August. The problem could be is that the Pacific Ocean is a big cold ocean. By August the fog and low clouds should be gone, but the first day at sea will not be hot. We will be lucky to be in the low 70's with some sun. But there are 14 other days that we may wish for 70's.

wow! it took me a long time to catch up on all the posts...
but we are really hopeful to get a cabin on this repo...so add us to the list of newbies!! looks like a great group of people!!

Just arrived hime from taking our DD to school. I hit a patch of black ice and nearly slid through an interection, luckily I was driving slow and no one was coming the other way, it was still a bit scary though.

Now, it's time to get ready for work. I really don't like this time of year. :sad2:

Be careful Andy!:goodvibes

Funny, I just bought some Pirate Tatoos at the $1 bins at Target. I was looking to see it they still had them the other night but forgot to grab them.
Looks like a trip to Taraget is in order.

Just spoke to my TA and placed us on the waitlist.:thumbsup2 They're also offering SBC.

I know what you mean. I feel a little out of the loop too! This will be our third Disney cruise so I'm not exactly a newbie, but I do feel a little like I'm on the outside looking in when reading all these posts.

Mary--( eeyoregon and others) Don't stand outside ---come in. We want to know more about you so we can joke with you too. This is not a closed group, again most of us do not even know each other.
